Q: Since your acquisition of SV Dice Designers are you going to continue building their lines?
Absolutely! The acquisition of the SV Dice Designers has benefited us as we can provide our customers with a broader line of equipment. Rest assured if there is an SV Dice machine or part you would like we will be more than happy to provide it to you, our valued customers.
Q: Are manuals available online?
No, but you may email or call customer service and if you are the original purchaser of the equipment we would be happy to email you a copy. If you are not the original owner we can provide a copy for purchase. All manuals are available in .PDF format so you will need Adobe Reader to view the document.
Q: Can older machines be up-graded to PLC's?
Yes! We have performed many of these over the years. Just give our technical department a phone call or email and we will provide you with a quotation.
Q: I need to make a slight change to my machine's PLC program; will you provide assistance in this regard?
Yes! In fact we prefer that you consult our technical department so they can provide advice to the change you wish and advice on its suitability.
