Problem: Customer needed a cost effective solution that accumulated tapered and beveled bottles so that they "shingled" into the proper orientation.

Solution: Supplied the customer with the appropriate parts to convert their single lane conveyor to a one to three "Laner". When proper orientation of the bottles is achieved, hand packing by a line employee of cases with the assistance of our pneumatic gripper was made simpler.

Problem: Customer needed a cost effective solution to take a single lane of aerosol cans and divided them up into 3-lanes to speed up the output of their case packer.

Solution: Supplied the customer with the machine shown here. It comes complete with electrical cabinet with PLC and inverter drive for motor to operate machine. Customer also had us utilize the PLC in the machine to operate their accumulation tables and diverter gates.

Problem: Customer needed a cost effective solution that gave a line employee the ability to pick up and place an entire layer of product into a case.

Solution: Provided a custom designed pneumatically assisted gripper. Built with lightweight materials and quickly interchangeable jaws. Complete unit weighs less than 2 lbs.
