This machine was engineered and built to be the most dependable and durable machine in its class. Production time is crucial, that is why we use a high capacity horizontal indexing case magazine so that adding knocked-down cases can be placed easily and stacked plentiful. A high speed Kevlar reinforced "over-the-top" case pull down provides precision placement of the knocked-down case onto dual flight lug chain drives which ensures proper case handling. Performance is expected and achieved by utilizing opposing vacuum cups to open the case, this will ensure a case is opened every time. Also, by using an upper flight case trap and squaring system you can be positive that your case will always be sealed squarely.
A variable speed drive is a standard feature that can match any production speed desired up to 45 cases per minute. Quick and easy changeovers are achieved with hand wheel digital readouts, ratcheting levers, and etched steel rules so you never miss an adjustment.
