Designed for those customers who need hot melt sealing but do not wish to purchase a higher speed machine the PS417VM has the unique ability to also erect very large cases. With speeds from zero to 20 cases/minute it can keep up with your production line requirements. Built on the proven SV Dice model 127SL frame this machine is extremely rugged. Typical uses have been, but not limited to; Bag-in-box lines, fresh bread lines, garden sprinklers, mouse traps and bulk packing of spices; this machine is versatile. Changeovers between cases are performed via 2 handwheels and 3 slide adjustments to keep up with your production schedule.

Standard features include:

• Speeds to 20 cases per minute depending on case and sealing method

• Cases are pull down and erected in same station
• Positive case opening using opposed vacuum cups
• Dual #60 (3/4” pitch) case carrying chains with heavy duty aluminum flight lugs below
• #60 (3/4” pitch) upper flight chain case squaring system
• Heavy-duty linear shaft and ball bushing air cylinder support guides
• Quick case size changeover using knob/slide and crank adjustments
• Programmable logic controller
• NEMA 12 electrical wiring with 24 volt DC controls
• Full Lexan guarding with electrical interlocks

• Single point air and electrical hook up with lockout/tagout (glue system may be separate)
