The 6-Corner Traymaker was originally designed for a major faucet manufacturer who had a need for a tray ready for hand packing. Design based on the rugged and proven SV Dice model 127SL case packer frame this machine is can take your 24/7 operation. The most unique feature of this machine is its changeover since it uses NO mandrel there is no heavy and bulky change part necessary; simply move the components to their new position, place your trays in the hopper, flip a glue pattern switch and away you go!

Standard features include:

• Speeds to 20 trays per minute depending on case and sealing method
• Heavy-duty painted steel frame
• Vertical or angle fed tray magazine (tray and application dependant)
• Trays are pull down and erected in same station
• Dual #60 (3/4”pitch) tray carrying chains with heavy duty aluminum flight lugs
• Heavy-duty linear shaft and ball bushing air cylinder support guides
• Quick case size changeover using knob/slide and crank adjustments
• Programmable logic controller
• NEMA 12 electrical wiring with 24 volt DC controls
• Full Lexan guarding with electrical interlocks
• Choice of Hot Melt System
• Single point air and electrical hook up with lockout/tagout (glue system may be separate)
• Supply on demand switch
