Our customer service and technical departments are open from 7:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time. We will provide you the parts and technical service you need for your T.A.D. Packaging Machinery or S.V. Dice Designers equipment. We keep many of the most popular replacement parts in stock for same day shipment. Other parts are available in one to two days.

If you require a technician in your plant we can provide one with little notice. Our technicians have mechanical expertise on our equipment and have PLC programming ability which provides our customers with one person who can provide the total package.
